Campers should bring plenty of fluids including a large, refillable water bottle and sports drinks, if they like. Ample food should also be packed including lunch and a few stacks (no peanuts please). We will have a concession stand providing drinks and snacks for purchase as well.
All athletic equipment necessary to play each sport will be provided, however, campers may bring individual athletic gear such as baseball or football gloves, or hockey gear etc. if they like.
What kind of medical care is provided?
A certified athletic trainer will be on hand for the duration of the camp to attend to any needs and ensure camper safety and health. Any and all individual medical needs should be disclosed on the camp medical document. Please meet with our trainer during drop-off on the first day of camp to discuss any individual needs.
Contact information for our trainer will be sent in an email one week prior to camp commencement.
